General Auction Info
The auction will use a live bidding system until the auction closes. Reserve pricing can be set by consignors.
The auction will be live for 4 days (96hrs).
Each consignor will be able to list a maximum of 5 animals (4 females for every bull). There will be a $25 per head listing fee and a 5% seller fee.
Buyers will pay a 3% buyers fee.
Consignors must submit animal info and listing fee by July 15th, 2026 to be included (excluding photos)
Consignors must submit high-quality photos of each animal by Aug. 15th, 2026.
Consignors must submit all veterinary documentation by Sept. 14th, 2026.
Bulls over 12-months of age at the time of sale must pass a BSE and be Trich tested with a negative result.
All weaning-age animals being sold without their dam must be weaned a minimum of 30 days prior.
Consignors must guarentee the pregnancy of their females if being sold as “bred”.
All registration transfers will be handled by the seller.
In the event of a “No Sale”, there will be a consignment fee of $250.
Condignors are ultimately responsible for handling the logistics of transportation of animals, but 1Tribe Farm is able to assist.
Animals should be delivered or picked-up withing 10 days of the sale closing.
Registered South Poll producers using regenerative agricultural methods will receive priority for consignment.

Who can bid?
Our auction is open to the general public. Anybody looking to purchase cattle from regenerative Virginia farms are encouraged to participate!
What will be in the Auction?
Any cattle, whether it be bulls, steers, bred heifers, cow-calf pairs, etc. that was produced on a Virginia farm that follows regenerative agricultural practices with a priority for South Poll producers.
When is the Auction?
Bidding will go live and begin Sept. 28th, 2026 at 8pm Eastern, and run until Oct. 1st, 2026 at 8pm Eastern.
